Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to travel services planned or arranged by Riche Voyages, hosted by SNS Elite Travel LLC. Please read them carefully before making a reservation or payment.
1. Our role and independent suppliers
Riche Voyages provides travel-advisory and trip-coordination services through host agency SNS Elite Travel LLC. Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, destination management companies, transportation providers, excursion operators, insurers, and other travel suppliers are independent entities. They control their services, schedules, rules, inventory, substitutions, and performance. Riche Voyages and SNS Elite Travel LLC do not own or operate those suppliers and cannot guarantee their acts, omissions, financial condition, or performance.
2. Reservations and traveler information
Reservations must be made in each traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the passport or government-issued identification that will be used for travel. Travelers are responsible for checking every name, date of birth, travel date, destination, room type, occupancy, and other invoice detail promptly. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause fees, cancellation, rebooking, or denied boarding.
Each adult traveler may be required to complete a traveler profile or passenger agreement. A parent or legal guardian must complete required documents for a minor. Travel documents may be withheld, and a reservation may be cancelled, if required agreements or traveler information are not received by the stated deadline.
3. Prices and occupancy
Unless a package is expressly labeled as a solo or single-occupancy option, all advertised rates are per traveler based on two travelers sharing one room or cabin. Solo Studio, Solo Balcony, single supplements, and other clearly identified solo rates are based on one traveler occupying the room or cabin. Changing the number of occupants may change the price for every traveler in the room.
Prices are based on supplier rates, availability, taxes, fees, and currency exchange rates in effect when quoted. Prices and availability can change until the required payment is received and the supplier confirms the reservation. Riche Voyages may correct a typographical, human, system, or calculation error and may issue a corrected invoice. Supplier-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, currency adjustments, government fees, and similar increases may be passed through when permitted by the applicable booking terms.
Items are included only when specifically listed. Personal expenses, baggage fees, visas, passports, insurance, gratuities, resort or destination fees, optional activities, meals and beverages, transfers, and local taxes are excluded unless expressly included.
4. Deposits, monthly payments, and automatic billing
A deposit is due when the reservation is made unless the trip page or invoice states otherwise. Due to contractual obligations with suppliers, monthly or bi-weekly payments are required unless the reservation is paid in full. The exact deposit, payment schedule, and final-payment deadline appear on the invoice or booking page.
Complimentary automatic billing may be offered so the remaining balance can be divided into scheduled payments after the initial deposit. Payment dates and amounts will be disclosed on the invoice. Travelers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method, monitoring receipts, and ensuring that scheduled payments are completed. Participation in automatic billing is subject to the authorization presented during checkout.
Missing a payment deadline may result in a late fee, supplier penalty, loss of inventory, updated pricing, suspension, or cancellation. Under the current SNS Elite Travel LLC policy, a reservation may be cancelled after 30 days without payment and may require a $50 reinstatement fee plus repricing at the then-current rate. A trip-specific agreement may impose a shorter deadline, a different fee, or automatic cancellation after missed installments; that trip-specific rule controls.
5. Payment methods and authorization
Accepted payment methods are shown on the secure booking or invoice page. By submitting a payment method, the payer represents that they are authorized to use it and authorizes the disclosed charge or payment schedule. Card and bank information must be entered only through the approved secure payment provider; it should never be emailed or placed in a general inquiry form.
6. Nonrefundable and nontransferable payments
Unless the applicable supplier or trip-specific terms expressly state otherwise, deposits and payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Riche Voyages and SNS Elite Travel LLC commit funds and enter supplier arrangements on the traveler’s behalf, and suppliers may not return those funds. No refund is due for a no-show, missed flight or embarkation, unused service, voluntary itinerary change, early departure, or service declined by the traveler.
7. Cancellations, changes, and reinstatement
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to Support@RicheVoyages.com with the traveler’s full name, trip, departure date, and invoice number. A cancellation is not complete until all required forms are returned and written confirmation is issued. If an acknowledgment is not received within two business days, the traveler should follow up.
Name corrections, passenger substitutions, date changes, roommate changes, occupancy changes, room or cabin changes, and other revisions are subject to approval, current availability, repricing, and supplier fees. A name change may require full cancellation and rebooking. Riche Voyages may charge an administrative change or reinstatement fee when disclosed in the applicable trip terms. Reinstatement is never guaranteed.
8. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Before filing a bank or card dispute, travelers should contact Support@RicheVoyages.com so the account can be reviewed and available resolution options explained. Filing or threatening an unsupported chargeback, reversing an authorized payment, or initiating a payment dispute may cause the reservation to be placed on immediate hold or cancelled, subject to supplier rules. It may also result in the traveler being restricted or blocked from future bookings with Riche Voyages. Riche Voyages and SNS Elite Travel LLC reserve the right to provide the financial institution with the reservation agreement, payment authorization, communications, and other relevant records.
9. Roommates and shared accommodations
Travelers who select shared occupancy are responsible for ensuring that every roommate reserves and pays on time. If a roommate cancels, fails to pay, or does not travel, the remaining traveler may be responsible for the applicable single supplement, increased occupancy rate, room reassignment, or cancellation cost.
Roommate matching is available only when expressly offered for a particular hosted journey. Matching is not guaranteed and may occur close to departure after required payment thresholds are met. Riche Voyages does not perform background checks and cannot guarantee compatibility, habits, health, or conduct. If no match is available, the traveler may be required to pay the single-occupancy difference or cancel under the applicable cancellation terms.
10. Passports, visas, and entry requirements
Travelers are solely responsible for passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, health documentation, and entry or transit requirements for every destination. Many countries require passports to remain valid for at least six months beyond travel dates and to contain blank visa pages. Information provided by Riche Voyages is general guidance and may apply only to U.S. passport holders. Non-U.S. citizens must obtain requirements from the appropriate government or consulate.
Requirements can change without notice. Denied boarding or entry, quarantine, detention, or additional costs caused by missing or invalid documentation are the traveler’s responsibility and do not create a right to a refund.
Protect your investment
11. Travel protection is strongly recommended.
Missing a vacation is disappointing. Losing the money paid for it can be worse. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase suitable travel insurance promptly after the initial trip payment.
Coverage is not automatic. Every plan contains benefits, limits, exclusions, definitions, eligibility rules, and purchase deadlines. “Cancel for any reason” benefits are not included in every plan. Only the insurer can interpret coverage or decide a claim.
Riche Voyages and SNS Elite Travel LLC are not insurers and cannot guarantee coverage or claim payment. Suggested providers are offered for convenience, not as a warranty or endorsement. Travelers may purchase from any provider and should read the complete policy certificate. Declining coverage means accepting responsibility for losses and emergency expenses not refunded by suppliers.
Request Travel Protection Options12. Travel documents and communications
Travel documents are generally provided electronically after full payment and supplier release, often approximately 30 days before departure. Timing varies by supplier. Travelers must monitor the email address on file, including spam folders, and promptly review all documents. A major credit card may be required by hotels or cruise lines at check-in for incidental charges.
Official notices are sent to the email address or client portal on file. Pre-departure calls, digital groups, social communities, or traveler briefings are conveniences and may be offered on a trip-specific schedule; they do not replace written booking documents.
13. Children and minors
Minors must travel with a responsible adult and satisfy the minimum age rules of each supplier and itinerary. When a minor travels without both legal parents or guardians, notarized consent or custody documentation may be required. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s supervision, conduct, documentation, and safety.
14. Accessibility and assistance
International destinations, hotels, transportation providers, sea cruises, and river cruises outside the United States may not comply with Americans with Disabilities Act standards and may offer limited accessibility. Tours can involve uneven terrain, stairs, extended standing, cobblestone streets, inclines, and boarding smaller boats or vehicles. Due to physical and storage limitations, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, and other mobility devices may not be accommodated on some transfers, excursions, motor coaches, ships, or river cruises.
Travelers requiring mobility assistance, medical accommodations, service-animal arrangements, dietary support, or other assistance must disclose their needs before booking so available options can be evaluated. Requests will be communicated to suppliers, but accommodations cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier. Tour managers, guides, drivers, and hotel or ship personnel generally cannot provide lifting, personal-care, or continuous individual assistance. A traveler who needs such assistance should travel with a qualified companion at the traveler’s expense.
15. Health, medical care, and public-health events
Travelers are responsible for determining, with a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate, whether they are medically and physically able to participate. Medical facilities and care may be limited or unavailable in some destinations. The traveler is responsible for treatment, evacuation, additional lodging, transportation, and related expenses.
Public-health requirements and supplier protocols may change before or during travel. Travelers must follow applicable testing, vaccination, masking, isolation, quarantine, and entry rules. Travel involves exposure to communicable illness, and neither Riche Voyages nor SNS Elite Travel LLC can eliminate that risk.
16. Air transportation
Airfare is included only when expressly stated. Airlines control schedules, routes, seat assignments, baggage, ticketing deadlines, upgrades, refunds, credits, mileage eligibility, delays, and cancellations. Group air is generally economy class unless stated otherwise. Seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Schedule changes may affect transfers or other land arrangements, and travelers must promptly provide updated flight details.
Air tickets may become fully nonrefundable once issued. Name corrections may require cancellation and rebooking at the current fare. Travelers who purchase a land-only package are responsible for their own air and airport transfers unless the package expressly includes them.
17. Hotels, cruises, meals, transfers, and itinerary changes
Hotel room location, bed type, views, adjoining rooms, early check-in, and special requests are controlled by the property and are not guaranteed. International standards, room sizes, air conditioning, and star ratings may differ from those in the United States. A comparable hotel, vessel, vehicle, excursion, restaurant, or itinerary component may be substituted when reasonably necessary.
Meals and beverages are included only as stated. Dietary requests will be communicated but cannot be guaranteed. Transfers operate only under the conditions and time windows shown in the itinerary. Delays, immigration, customs, baggage claims, or independently changed flights may require the traveler to arrange and pay for alternate transportation.
Ships, ports, tour order, times, guides, hotels, attractions, and activities may change because of supplier decisions, weather, safety, operational needs, closures, or events beyond reasonable control. Travelers must arrive on time for every scheduled component. Missed or unused services are nonrefundable.
18. Baggage and personal property
Travelers must follow each carrier’s baggage size, weight, and fee rules. Riche Voyages and SNS Elite Travel LLC are not responsible for baggage fees or lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged belongings. Claims should be reported immediately to the responsible carrier, supplier, local authority, and insurer, and written documentation should be obtained.
19. Traveler conduct and group harmony
Travelers must follow applicable laws, safety instructions, supplier rules, and reasonable directions from trip personnel. A traveler whose conduct is unsafe, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, intoxicated, illegal, persistently disruptive, or materially interferes with the group may be removed from an activity or trip. The traveler is responsible for alternate arrangements and all resulting costs, and unused services are nonrefundable.
20. Force majeure
Natural disasters, severe weather, fire, war, civil unrest, terrorism or threats, public-health events, government actions, border restrictions, labor disruptions, mechanical failures, supplier insolvency, utility or technology outages, and other events beyond reasonable control may make performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible. The parties will follow the applicable supplier, trip-specific, and host-agency policies. Refunds, credits, substitutions, postponements, and cancellations remain subject to those policies and recovered supplier funds.
21. Assumption of travel risk and limitation of responsibility
Travel involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, crime, weather, transportation hazards, wildlife, recreational activities, food or sanitation issues, unfamiliar environments, and limited access to medical care. Each traveler voluntarily assumes the risks associated with the selected journey and is responsible for personal decisions and conduct.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Riche Voyages and SNS Elite Travel LLC are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, additional expense, or failure caused by an independent supplier, another traveler, a third party, or an event beyond their reasonable control. Nothing in these terms waives a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
22. Photography and media
Hosted journeys may be photographed or recorded. Where permitted by the traveler agreement, participants grant permission for images or recordings captured in group settings to be used for Riche Voyages promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes without compensation. A traveler who does not wish to be intentionally featured should notify Riche Voyages in writing before departure; incidental appearance in crowd or background footage may not always be avoidable.
23. Website and third-party links
Website descriptions, images, supplier profiles, and destination information may contain errors or become outdated. They are general information, not a guarantee. Links to WeTravel, insurers, suppliers, government resources, and other third-party sites are provided for convenience; those sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Please also review the separate Website Terms and Privacy Policy.
24. Governing documents and dispute terms
Any release, assumption-of-risk provision, dispute-resolution procedure, governing law, venue, arbitration requirement, or jury-trial waiver contained in the applicable SNS Elite Travel LLC agreement, supplier terms, booking page, or signed traveler agreement is incorporated into the reservation and governs to the extent enforceable. Travelers should review those provisions before payment and seek independent legal advice if they do not understand their effect.
25. Host-agency terms
Because Riche Voyages is hosted by SNS Elite Travel LLC, travelers must also review the host agency’s current Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions. Trip-specific agreements and supplier rules may impose additional or different requirements.
