Is the consultation complimentary?
Yes. Your initial 30-minute consultation is complimentary. It helps us understand your vision and identify the best next step.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Some custom planning requests may include a professional planning fee. Any applicable fee and its scope will be discussed and agreed to before work begins.
Can you arrange flights and private trips?
We can discuss air travel, accommodations, transfers, experiences, cruises, and private itineraries based on your needs and supplier availability.
Are payment plans available?
Payment schedules vary by trip and supplier. When a payment plan is available, the booking page will show the deposit and due dates before payment.
How are payments handled?
Trip payments are made through secure Square, supplier, or WeTravel checkout pages. Riche Voyages will never ask you to send card details through a website inquiry form or ordinary email.
Do you recommend travel insurance?
